Yeah.  The support guy from TP-Link told me that the router was set up that
way. BTW, I am running Beta firmware at the moment.  SLAAC support was not
included in the regular firmware, and the support engineer sent me this one. 
It got me back online (for IPv6), but appears to be not very stable.  Sometimes
it goes for days at a time and then suddenly I have to reboot, daily or
sometimes more then once a day, to get ipv6 back.
