Try a connection again.  IPv6 appears to be back online after a late night
session with a TP-Link engineer looking over my router settings with remote
access.  I'm not exactly sure what he did, as it seemed to be everything I did
as well, with some added stuff I did not understand.  He seemed to know what
the problem was and then it worked.
