That's why I used to use BT+binkD till Radius came along. Radius did both for me till I converted Windows's operation to a VirtualBox back in February, and then discovered(!) that the host machine didn't have an external COMx port to hang the USR v90 off of. Oops. Like you say, iRex is more than a mailer and I did like the look of it, and very nearly installed it recently (Rex 2.31 for Linux). Then I saw that it was abandoned. :( If you have to switch IP mailers then you're in a bit of a bind with regard to your POTS mailer. There is still BT. A tall learning curve, sure.
