Both SiXXs and he.net default to giving you a routed /64.  If you need bigger 
than that, you can request a routed /48 through he.net.

SiXXs is currently not accepting any new tunnel or subnet requests.  Existing 
tunnels/subnets will continue working, although they may now be ratelimited 
also.
