Are there other ISPs in your area (Cleveland at Brisbane, IIGC)?

I live at 55.8396 N 37.4657 E (approximately; here's a number of buildings with many apartments in each), and the whole district is covered by at least 4 ISPs. However, only one of them offers IPv6 for now.
