Yes.  It adds the diffs and recompiles the nodelist.  And when configured correctly, will do just about anything.  Ward has used it a little before me, since I got my kee in 1991 after a 6-month trial period.  That trial period was unusual back then, since the trial kees were only good for 30 days, but I wanted to be sure.
