Well, I just took a look into the qicosi code (CVS HEAD) ... looks like much less IPv4 specific code. Qico does not deal with being a server so things should be simple.

From first glimpse changing tcp.c/opentcp() code should be sufficient to get 
working IPv6 binkp client code (without proxy).
The existing code is a bit flawed wrt multiple IP addresses as a result to gethostbyname(), but this shouldn't be hard to fix either.
