   Try the Swedish PoP, Port80. It's run by Sweden's oldest ISP -- and also, for several years, the home of sites like The Pirate Bay :) -- Bahnhof. Port80 always makes sure they have more than enough bandwidth, and the Swedish internet *does* have lots of bandwidth.
