Well, SixXS performance heavily depends on the PoP you're using. The two german PoPs I am using are heavily loaded, but I cannot complain about performance or reliability.

Well, it is. It's only at my parents' ... and back then I just needed it for my thesis (it's about something IPv6 related ;). So you can easily argue either side.
