CM is for Continuous Mail, and MO is Mail Only.  If you have a nodelist, look
at the bottom and you will see a list and explanations of those flags.  You
would use MO if you are not running a BBS behind the mailer, or, if you simply
do not want anyone to know there is a BBS there (Private)
