Hi All

During last (longer) weekend, I took a few hours to hack BinkD to support IPv6. At least my system should be reachable via IPv6 now.

The code still needs a lot of testing -- both functionality and portability wise. So comments are welcome. Let's see whether and when we'll get it into official BinkD.
