I rebooted everything, including computer, router and modem.  IPv6 test site
reports no IPv6, yet, when I do a ping from that same site, I get the
following.  Another site tells my that my server (possibly my ISP) has IPv6
capabilities.  I am logged into that server.  I have not changed a thing,
unless the latest MS Windows 10 update did something.
