No data cap. I don't want to count bits. The ISP, Elisa, has bundled the
ADSL and LTE, it costs about 35€/month.

For example everytime the router reboots. I've noticed it will change
ip's (both natted v4 and v6) sometimes even without rebooting. I think
it is also possible that the router may change to 3G. I have not forced 4G.

Yes, it does. :)

I have two tunnels up now, one to Stockholm, the second one to
Amsterdam. The only disadvantage with the second one is that some web
pages try to speak me dutch. ;D
