 Where is your problem, you have been promoting IPv6 because of a shortage
 of IPv4 addresses for a long time. Now that the moment is there you are
 cross that you do not get your own IPv4 address.

 At least you can still reach those who have not converted to IPv6.

 As for providing services on IPv4, that was never allowed in the contract
 you have. For that there is a business account available, that will probably
 come with a static IPv4 address for some time to come.
