You got half of it fixed. 1:154/10 answers on IPv6. 1:154/701 does not.

You might consider not using SLAAC or DHCP6 but assign a fixed IPv6 address to the interface instead. Such as 2001:470:1f11:6e5:f1d0:1:154:10
