I should add when I visit ipv6-test.com the webpage sees me as the following:

IPv6     Supported      
Address  2001:4428:200:816c:3e:1994:f43d:f326    
Type     Native IPv6    
SLAAC    No   
ICMP     Reachable      
Hostname      None      
ISP      Sixxs-nzwlg01 [New Zealand] 

But that's not the address I think I should be using if I want the BBS to be
reachable for telnet, my hunch is I need

a) the Raspberry Pi firewall to forward? tcp 23 packets to that address in my
LAN

b) the world to see my BBS with the xxx::50 address (the new test AAAA one
that has a DNS record set up for it) and my Pi firewall to be configured to
send/rx packets to that address for port 23


Hmm... your's in moderate confusion... time to go for a walk methinks..
