Subj : Basic Steps / Checks to look at IPv6 To : Bj”rn Felten From : Michiel van der Vlist Date : Sat Sep 19 2015 21:32:08 Hello Bj”rn, On Saturday September 19 2015 19:00, you wrote to Markus Reschke: MR>> I wouldn't recommend to use a Windows PC for that purpose. Have an AYIYA tunnel terminate at my Fidonet PC running XT and let that be an IPv6 router that connects the IPv6 subnet to the rest of the world. Does not work. So while I left the AYIYA tunnel in place, I started plan B. A Linksys WRT54GL running OpenWrt and a static 6in4 tunnel from he.net. That does the trick. All my systems om the LAn get an IPv6 address from the Liksys router and are connetec to the internet. I documented it all in a couple of Fidonet articles two? Three? years ago. IIRC it was titled "a second life for the Linksys". Cheers, Michiel --- GoldED+/W32-MSVC 1.1.5-b20130111 * Origin: 2001:470:1f15:1117::1 (2:280/5555) .
