I've never set up a tunnel in my life. I have all the info from SixXS now. I
have downloaded their aiccu for windows and run it and also downloaded and
installed an TAP virtual driver, that seemingly installed but then I ended up
uninstalling it as I was not sure if I really needed it with my static IP set
up.

Hopelessly confused now... and going nowhere fast :(
