My OS/2 machine has one and only IPv4 address: 192.168.1.2. There needs to be a NAT router between the Internet and OS/2. - Linux NAT For IPv4. - Windows Portproxy for IPv6. What is the difference? ;-) > TK> inbound traffic is handled with windows netsh command: "netsh int > TK> portproxy add v6tov4 listenport=24554 connectaddress=192.168.1.2 > TK> connectport=24554 listenaddress=*" > > So the netsh proxy runs on a different machine. The netsh portproxy for incoming traffic is running at the same computer than squid for outgoing traffic. > I have the hesh ting run on the /same/ machine for my IPv4 only http server, > but it uis unstable. What is your Windows version > that you run the netsh proxy on? Squid and netsh are running on Windows 2003 server. I know that it is possible to run privoxy on a router. I don't know about inbound v6->v4 thing but if it is possible to do with windows, it has to be possible with linux router. :) 'Tommi --- SoupGate-OS/2 v2015.08 * Origin: telnet://rbb.homeip.net news://rbb.homeip.net (2:221/360.3001) .
