You can connect by ipv6 to my system and there is binkd/os2 answering.
What else is there to qualify? ;)

Of course OS/2 knows nothing about ipv6. There is a windows machine
between OS/2 and ipv6 internet.

Outbound traffic goes thru squid proxy, inbound traffic is handled with
windows netsh command: "netsh int portproxy add v6tov4 listenport=24554
connectaddress=192.168.1.2 connectport=24554 listenaddress=*"
