True, very true. I use that URL myself to confirm that the systems I work with are really IPv6 ready. All you can do (except for setting up your own personal tunnel to the huge IPv6 world) is contacting your ISP and ask them what the hell they are waiting for. ;) A couple of years ago, I got myself a handful of IPv6 tunnels from http://www.sixxs.net and they've all worked like a charm ever since.
