Grrr... that bug shouldn't have taken that long to find...  The alpha version 
of mbcico that I am running now allows literal IPv6 addresses encased in 
square brackets.  I'm going to test further, but barring any unforseen 
circumstances, the MBSE 1.0.6 release will be out shortly with this fix.  It 
should be fairly simple to adapt this fix to ifcico as well, once I track down 
the current version's source code.
