Maybe you need to open your firewall for incoming IPv6 port 24554? And/or configure your router to forward port 24554 for IPv6?

BTW, ftn.rocasa.org does not ping on IPv6 either. Have you blocked ICMP? To operate properly ICMP should not be blocked on IPv6. Especially not the "packet too large"stuff.
