It is not carried by 1:396/45 or current on Ross's jamnntpd server the-estar.com.  There the last message there is from April 2013.   Do kind of wonder if any other echoes might be experiencing same fate?

I would like to get some interzone links to be able to get echos that are not carried locally.   So lets start with this one.  I will generate a session, packet, password, ect and send it direct delivery (netmail).
