Didn't MS announce that they will shut down their Teredo service? ARIN is down to a few IPv4 /24s and /22s and within a month or two those last IPv4 addresses should be assigned. RIPE has a little bit more left, but it's time to get IPv6 up and running. Any further delays in deployment will cause more and more trouble.
