Most mobile providers only issue IPv4 access behind a CGNAT. It will be a matter of time before app users will start noticing that the apps have reduced functionality when operated over an IPv4 only link. They will complain to the Apple app store. Who in turn will put pressure on the providers. Apple is a big player that can come up with a lot of push...
