install bind9 on windows, problem solved, make sure you use this to do dns resolving afterwards

a ipv6 dns server can resolve ipv4 dns, and a ipv4 dns server can get ipv6 data, so even if one running ipv6 only host dns should still work dual stacked without any problem, but connection is another problem :=)

but hostname resolving is not
