At least they are working on it. My ISP (Ziggo) keeps saying that they will roll out IPv6 "later this year". They have been saying that for the last five years. :-( If and when they finally do it, it may not make me happy either. Because... Ziggo is in the process of merging with the other large cable company in The Netherlands: UPC. They have announced that they will use the same technical implementation througout the whole merged netwerk. They have already done that for their Digital TV standard. UPC is presently testing ds-lite. So the expectation is that if/when i finally get native IPv6 it will not be full dual stack, but ds-lite. So no more public IPv4 address....
