You have a point, but Bill is obviously aiming for the Fidonet IPv6 Club:

So now we have to help him with part 2. If he pulls it off, he will not just add an new member to the FIPV6 club, but also add another mailer to the list of IPv6 capable mailers.

Hmmm.. now that I mention it, where IS that list?  ;-)
