Subj : Relay6 To : Kees van Eeten From : Bj”rn Felten Date : Wed Nov 26 2014 00:30:03 KvE> How log will it take before the destination hostname is adapted in relay6 KvE> after a new nodelist arrives. ?? Relay6 is just a ploy to get IPv6 working. And only outgoing connections would be affected by a change of host name. There are 824 binkp nodes in the present nodelist. Every single one of them could have IPv6 years ago, but only 22 so far. If I would bet on what comes first -- IPv6 is a must in Fidonet or someone fixes Argus/Radius/Taurus so it'll be IPv6 compliant, I'm not sure I would win on the former. --- Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; sv-SE; rv:1.9.1.16) Gecko/20101125 * Origin: news://felten.yi.org (2:203/2) .
