Binkd can create such a semaphore as well. And more. As I said, it takes more time to make it dance...

But let us not make this a copy of the binkd echo. If you want to know about the tips and tricks, you can find them in the binkd echo.

As far as IPv6 is concerned. Binkd does it all by itself and Argus/Radius does not...
