   Surely you are not going to lead Joe down that path? Not even I, who have been forced to work with the damn abomination for decades, can safely find myself around it. Especially since MS changes parts of it from version to version.

   If there is one program that really needs a GUI, it's netsh. And there actually are a couple, but they are so bad I'll not even mention them by name.
