netsh help

With Win8.1 it leaves one in a "setsh" environment - something like a power shell environment. Commands entered from then on are interpreted as netsh commands until one types "exit".

Typing "help" at the netsh> prompt supplied the available commands, while "command" by itself supplies the help for that command.
