It finally came back up earlier this afternoon....

Jeroen Massar first suggested it was a problem on my side. Then he told me to follow procedure when reporting the problem. Then when I did and went through some effort, he deleted my report as if it had never happened.

Well that was the last time I will make an effort to collect data to help solve a problem. :-(
