My comment was more about the pain of waiting for faster infrastructure rather than IPv6 per se. But to answer your question, I don't know. Looking around tonight online it seems some telcos here are offering it to enterprise clients but for a home user it's not so clear. It's not an area I'm that up with but I see other sysops making the effort to offer that connectivity.
