   Here they dig up the entire neighbourhood and lay down tubes for fibre and put up connection cabinets at the same time as the electric company lay down their cables. That was five years ago and the tubes are still empty!

   Some shit about jurisdiction (who owns the "right" to put the fibre into the tube). As usual the consumers are caught in the middle.
