When I applied for a tunnel at SixXs they rejected my email address for whatever reason. I asked two times about the reason but they didn't respond. The process at HE was without any hassle and the tunnel runs fine. And the HE tunnel is supported by OpenWrt, even updating dynamic IP addresses.
