ULA's should have bit 0-7 set to FD. Bit 8-47 should be a random number. Bit 48-64 poivide room for 2^16 subnet adresses and the last 64 bits are the host address as with all IPv6 addresses. But.. in the address above, bits 8-47 are all zero. That certainly is not a random number. Not that it matter to me, the end user, but that Fritzbox at the reception needs some tuning...
