   And no, I will not claim that it's *not* my system that's at fault here. I don't even consider it a problem.

   But I *do* know from many years of programming experience, that programs compiled with Microsoft products more often than not do not handle international issues properly.

   I even have a snippet in SWAG that takes care of this when you're using Borland Pascal.
