I am not sure what exactly you want us to test. Anyway, telnetting on port 23 to felten.yi.org does not work. I get Network error: Software caused connection abort.

I have no idea if the attempt was in IPv4 or Ipv6 though. Pehaps you should define a new host name for testing that only points to the AAAA record?
