this echo is a recent readdition to the backbone... not everyone keeps up with 
backbone changes... for example, i just removed and unlinked SYSOP (again) 
because it is not on the backbone and hasn't been for several years... however 
others are still carrying it for some odd reason...

also not all echomail hub systems allow areafix for unknown areas to be 
forwarded to one's uplink... 116/0 feeds from here and IMECHO is available 
here, as you can see... so apparently 116/0 doesn't autoforward areafix for 
unknown areas...
