I have used Hotdoged also and find it works quite well AI>> for the most part. I find the buttons are OK. I'm not sure those AI>> apps can be dumbed down anymore than they are. To use those apps AI>> a fella has to have a pretty good grasp of how FTN works. DS> Just for grins, I looked in the Google Play store, but didn't see an DS> actual program with that name. What should I look for?? I have a Moto DS> Android phone through Verizon. I have AfterShock and HotdogedED Editor. I find that AfterShock is the easiest to use. I had to pay roughly $1 for it and have been a happy user for a few years now. AfterShock only allows 1 boss node so you can only join one network. I use it for Fidonet. HotdogED allows more than one net and has a lot to configure. I have fido and one othernet setup with it. You'll also need the HotdogED Fidonet Provider or HotdogED NNTP Provider as the transport for it. I use the Fidonet provider and find that works well. I suppose the NNTP Provider works well too but I have never tried it. I hope you can find those in the play store. If you have questions about those fell free to send them my way.. :) Ttyl :-), Al --- GoldED+/LNX * Origin: The Rusty MailBox - Penticton, BC Canada (1:153/757) .
