yeah, i've got three over here received on 25 Aug 2017...

  gposx-115-20170303.zip

their TIC files are gone with "file not found" errors because they are not 8.3 and the code simply can't see them... the log records the file names from the TICs chopped at 12 characters long... so no wonder they can't be found...
