      Title: Turkey-Cranberry Bagels
 Categories: Five, Poultry, Fruits, Breads, Cheese
      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4    Plain bagels; split,
           - toasted
      8 oz Thin sliced cooked turkey
      8 sl Provolone cheese
    1/2 c  Whole-berry cranberry sauce
 
  Heat broiler. Place bagel halves on a baking sheet;
  layer with turkey and cheese. Broil 4" - 6" from heat
  until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes. Top with cranberry
  sauce.
