      Title: Feta Chicken Burgers
 Categories: Poultry, Cheese, Breads, Vegetables, Herbs
      Yield: 6 servings
 
    1/4 c  Fine chopped cucumber
    1/4 c  Fat mayonnaise

MMMMM--------------------------BURGERS-------------------------------
    1/2 c  Chopped, roasted, sweet red
           - pepper
      1 ts Garlic powder
    1/2 ts Greek seasoning
    1/4 ts Pepper
  1 1/2 lb Ground chicken
      1 c  Crumbled feta cheese
      6    Whole wheat hamburger buns;
           - split, toasted
           Lettuce leaves and tomato
           - slices; opt
 
  Preheat broiler. In a bowl, mix cucumber and mayonnaise.
  For burgers, mix red pepper and seasonings. Add chicken
  and cheese; mix lightly but thoroughly (mixture will be
  sticky). Shape into six 1/2" thick patties.
  
  Broil burgers 4" from heat, 3-4 minutes per side. Serve
  on buns with cucumber sauce. If desired, top burgers
  with lettuce and tomato.
