      Title: Garlic LoverrCOs Chicken
 Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Breads, Cheese
      Yield: 6 servings
 
    1/2 c  Dry bread crumbs
    1/3 c  Grated Parmesan cheese
      2 tb Minced fresh parsley
    1/2 ts Salt; opt
    1/8 ts Pepper
    1/4 c  Milk
  1 1/2 lb Boned, skinned chicken (6
           - pieces)
      2 cl Garlic; minced
    1/4 c  Butter; melted
      2 tb Lemon juice
           Paprika
 
  Combine the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt if
  desired and pepper. Place milk in a shallow bowl. Dip
  chicken in milk, then toss in the crumb mixture.
  
  Place chicken in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Combine
  the butter, garlic and lemon juice; drizzle over the
  chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.
  
  Bake, uncovered @ 425-|F/218-|C for 15-25 minutes.
