      Title: Garlic-Butter Steak
 Categories: Beef, Vegetables, Herbs
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      2 tb Butter; softened, divided
      1 ts Minced fresh parsley
    1/2 ts Minced garlic
    1/4 ts Soy sauce
    3/4 lb Beef flat iron or boneless
           - top sirloin steak
    1/8 ts (ea) salt & pepper
 
  Mix 1 tablespoon butter with parsley, garlic and soy
  sauce.
  
  Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. In a large skillet,
  heat remaining butter over medium heat. Add steak; cook
  until meat reaches desired doneness 4-7 minutes per
  side. Serve with garlic butter.
