      Title: Zesty Baked Catfish
 Categories: Seafood, Herbs, Chilies
      Yield: 2 servings
 
      1 ts Canola oil
      1 ts Lemon juice
      2    Catfish fillets (6 oz ea)
  1 1/2 ts Paprika
    1/2 ts Dried tarragon
    1/2 ts Dried basil
    1/2 ts Pepper
    1/4 ts Salt
    1/8 ts Cayenne pepper
 
  Combine oil and lemon juice; brush over both sides of
  fillets. Combine the remaining ingredients; rub over
  both sides of fillets. Place in an ungreased 15x10x1-in.
  baking pan.
  
  Bake, uncovered @ 350-|F/175-|C for 10-15 minutes or until
  fish flakes easily with a fork.
