      Title: Million-Dollar Chicken Casserole
 Categories: Poultry, Vegetables, Cheese, Dairy, Breads
      Yield: 8 servings
 
      4 oz Cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c  Sour cream
 10 1/2 oz Can cream of chicken soup;
           - undiluted
    1/2 ts Onion powder
    1/2 ts Garlic powder
      4 c  Shredded, cooked chicken
      1 c  Cottage cheese
     25    Ritz crackers; crushed
      3 tb Butter; melted
      2    Green onions; chopped
 
  Set oven @ 350ºF/175ºC.
  
  In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sour cream until
  smooth. Beat in soup, onion powder and garlic powder.
  Stir in chicken and cottage cheese. Transfer to a
  greased 9" square baking dish. Combine crackers and
  butter; sprinkle over casserole.
  
  Bake, uncovered, until heated through, 25-30 minutes.
  Sprinkle with green onions.
