      Title: White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
 Categories: Cookies, Snacks, Fruits
      Yield: 36 servings
 
    1/3 c  Butter; softened
    1/2 c  (packed) brown sugar
    1/3 c  Sugar
      1 lg Egg; room temp
      1 ts Vanilla extract
  1 1/2 c  A-P flour
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Baking soda
    3/4 c  Dried cranberries
    1/2 c  White baking chips
 
  In a large bowl, beat butter and sugars until crumbly,
  about 2 minutes. Beat in egg and vanilla. Combine the
  flour, salt and baking soda; gradually add to butter
  mixture and mix well. Stir in cranberries and chips.
  
  Drop by tablespoonfuls 2" apart onto baking sheets
  coated with cooking spray. Bake @ 375-|F/190-|C until
  lightly browned, 8-10 minutes. Cool for 1 minute
  before removing to wire racks.
